About MEI Audiology

All of Michigan Ear Institute's senior audiology staff hold national certification in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

This Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) requires graduation from an approved Master level program or above that meets strict educational and training guidelines.

In addition, one must pass a national examination and complete a training year post-graduation at an approved site. Our program is an approved training program for Wayne State University, Central Michigan University, Michigan State University and Western Michigan University.
